Delicious No Bake Recipes

No Bake Energy Bites

These Energy Bites are great pick-me-up for a morning or afternoon snack!

  • 2 scoops ViSalus Shake Mix
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Variations:
    • add 1/4 cup raisins
    • add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds

Mix all ingredients, roll into balls and chill in fridge for 1 hour.

 

 Strawberry Granola Parfait

  • 2 scoops Visalus Shake Mix
  • 8 oz. low fat vanilla or strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/8 cup almond slivers

Mix Shake mix into yogurt.Layer into a glass: yogurt, strawberries and granola.
Repeat layers. Top with almonds and enjoy!
