No Bake Energy Bites
These Energy Bites are great pick-me-up for a morning or afternoon snack!
- 2 scoops ViSalus Shake Mix
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- add 1/4 cup raisins
- add 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or almonds
Mix all ingredients, roll into balls and chill in fridge for 1 hour.
Strawberry Granola Parfait
- 2 scoops Visalus Shake Mix
- 8 oz. low fat vanilla or strawberry yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/8 cup almond slivers
Mix Shake mix into yogurt.Layer into a glass: yogurt, strawberries and granola.
Repeat layers. Top with almonds and enjoy!
